Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy

Shipping and delivery
Normal delivery times
Goods from the UK to UK customers should normally arrive within 14 working days of placing your order. Please note that public holidays may delay the time it takes for your goods to arrive.
International deliveries to countries outside of the UK may take up to 21 working days to arrive and due to processes outside of our control they may be held up by customs border officials.
Delivery times for barcode labels and library cards
Because barcode labels and library cards have to be printed especially for you, the above delivery times only apply once we have received the required barcode format, start number, organisation name for barcode labels and only once we have required the required artwork and you have authorised the design proof for library cards.
In the event of your order being damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If external damage is evident on receipt of goods please sign ‘checked and found to be damaged’. If you fail to do this we may refuse a refund. We will then refund your order including postage costs. We may ask for photographic proof of damage.
We hope that you are pleased with your order. Should you wish to return any of the items you bought for any reason, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. You should tell us you want to return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You have another 14 days to return the goods to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process your refund or exchange.
Products should be returned to Bailey Solutions, Curtis House, 34 Third Avenue, Hove BN3 2PD, UK.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Where a refund is requested we will refund the full amount for the goods, including the original delivery shipping costs back to your credit card or bank account. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to show on your bank statement.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Printed barcode labels and library cards can only be replaced or refunded if they are faulty or damaged. See damaged goods above.
